[So, apparently appeals to S'vx's better nature didn't go as hoped, and now, with a great crack of thunder, the windows of Level 3 have shattered. Added to that, some of the looming clouds have appeared inside the level 3 common areas, which are starting to cover everything in sheets of rain.

With the waters pretty much risen up to the level 3 balcony and nearly to the top of the stairs, and with water really starting to back up in the pipes and trash chutes in the apartments, it is probably time to figure out where you want to move if you haven't been working on that already, because soon that water is going to have no where else to go.

At least there are plenty of empty stores and rooms on the 4th level that people can retreat to until this problem is solved. That theater building (D) looks especially roomy.]
